Tanzanian Meteorological Society (TMS) is a non-profit organization that aims to develop, advance, promote and disseminate the scientific knowledge and profession of meteorology, hydrology and other related fields in all its phases and application in Tanzania.

Objectives of The Tanzanian Meteorological Society are:

(1) Develop, advance and disseminate the scientific knowledge and profession of Meteorology, Hydrology and other related fields in all its phases and applications in Tanzania
