The Executive Board is the executive body of the society and it is responsible to the General Meeting for the administrative and financial matters of the society in accordance with General Meeting.

 

The Executive Board shall consist of:

 

(1)           The President and Vice-President of the society.

(2)           The Chairmen of Committees.

(3)           The Secretary.

(4)           The Treasurer.

The Primary functions of the Executive Board shall be:

(1)            To propose the name of the Patron of the Society.

(2)            To implement the decision of the General Meeting and to conduct the activities of the society as approved by the General Meeting;

(3)            To report on its activities to each session of the General Meeting.

(4)            To administer finances of the society in accordance with the procedures laid down by the General Meeting;

(5)            The Executive Board may also perform any other functions as may be conferred on it by the General Meeting.

 

The Executive Board shall normally hold a session at least four times a year at a place and a date to be determined by the President after consultation with the other members of the Executive Board.
